Elaine Childs Gowell ARNP, PHDForgiveness and Freedom from GrudgesThe ability to free oneself from old grudges, griefs and unforgiven acts is a great gift. Many people hold grudges from long past injuries. Most people do not know how to find resolution and forgiveness. Most people do not know how to express feelings appropriateIy, how to grieve. We do not have to recycle the old feelings endlessly. When we do not forgive, we end up with physiological and psychological consequences, which can, in the long run be life threatening. In this workshop we will use the tools offered by the Medicine Wheel as a metaphor for healing, Shamanic tools, the Good Grief Rituals® process in conjunction with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other energy healing techniques and processes to clarify the issues of forgiveness and reconciliation in our individual and collective lives. If struggling were the way to get there, we'd all be there by now! In a world where the constant message is "not enough I'm not enough, there's not enough", struggle seems like the best strategy. But that very act of struggle keeps us clenched and separate. Contraction is the breeding ground of scarcity, while abundance thrives in flow. This workshop offers specific practices for embodying (not just conceptualizing) wholeness and flow, which are the headwaters of abundance. Thinking differently is not enough, in this experiential workshop we will use somatic practices that literally retrain the nervous system so that we can live in the world with effectiveness and ease. Given the essential role of women in our global future, any one of us breaking free from the Trance of Scarcity and bringing in the Divine Feminine helps free us all.
Victoria Castle is a disrupter of limits. As an executive coach, spiritual teacher and author of The Trance of Scarcity, she has helped thousands of people free themselves from old ways of being that keep them trapped so they can move into lives of fulfillment and sovereignty. Her book is the result of her insistance that people have access to their innate greatness. She is a dynamic speaker known for her humor, heart and practicality. www.tranceofscarcity.com

Sexuality and Spirituality are deeply intertwined, in a double helix which is constantly moving through our bodies. For spiritual awareness to be complete, we must embrace the truth of our physical bodies. For women, this means literally re-calling our genitals as a holy well of desire and creation, as a source of vitality and wisdom for our whole life. Our choices about sexual activity can be made with curiosity and zest. Selah Martha specializes in embodiment and sexual healing in her private practice and in her teaching of adults and young people through programs of the Body Electric School and the Our Whole Lives curriculum.

There is some kiss we want with our whole lives, wrote the Persian poet Rumi. Our guide to this universal "kiss" is the Beloved, archetypal symbol of the soul's longing for union with the divine. We meet the Beloved by tracking our desire to its highest expression. In this workshop, you'll acknowledge your soulful yearning... discover how even disappointing real-life loves can lead to intimacy with the divine Beloved... and learn how allurements can shape your life path. Trebbe Johnson is the author of The World Is a Waiting Lover: Desire and the Quest for the Beloved. She leads workshops and vision quests worldwide. www.visionarrow.com
