PRE-CONFERENCE SALES ARE CLOSED. All registrations will need to be onsite beginning Thursday at 4:00 pm at the conference site, Magnuson Park Activity Center. There is room in all the events. Tickets can be purchased at the door for all theater events as well. Goddess MarketCome shop at the Goddess Market for gifts for friends and yourself! The market is open Thursday, Feb. 23rd at 4:00 p.m., and continues through the weekend closing Sunday, Feb. 26th at 3:00 p.m. Women artisans will display their handcrafted, diverse products at our special store during the conference. Jewelry, clothes, art, candles, rattles, ceramics, cards, etc. are a few of the wonderful items you can purchase for that special memento to take home with you. Sales also help support Women of Wisdom. Concessions and RavenCroft Tea GardenFood prepared by loving hands and the tea garden will provide nourishment for us during the conference Art ShowThis year’s Art Show will be held on site at Magnuson Park Activity Center. Submissions of up to 10 photos or slides are due no later than Friday, January 13th. All media that is non breakable is accepted, including photos, paintings, small sculpture, mobiles, textiles, dolls, and ceramics. Please include the following with your submission: $20.00 entry fee with a self-addressed stamped envelope, dimensions of work, title (if any) and artist name, address and phone number. Poetry WallA wall of poems will be created at the conference for women to express themselves and share their poetry with other women. This will be organized by Seattle's new Poet Populist, Pesha Joyce Gertler. You may contact her at www.peshajoycegertler.com. A poetry booklet will be created from the poems and available for purchase at the conference. |
