Global Enlightenment:
Moving Meditations for Connecting to the Universe

Experience a variety of unique moving meditations from different traditions. The movement helps release stress and anxiety so the Body/Mind can relax and let-go into a space of stillness and awareness. Responding to the world from this space affects the quality of action taken in each situation. When vibrations of calm alertness ripple into the atmosphere the whole universe is affected. These meditations help us be at home with ourselves and our planet.

Shanti lived in India and Japan for many years - studying and invibing the teachings of the East. She has taught internationally in Europe, Japan, India and America. Shanti is also a certified AcuColor Therapist in Esogetic Colorpuncture and teaches active and passive meditations.

Belly Dance
Empowerment for Women

When women wholly occupy every part of their body they are genuinely empowered. Women encounter lots of blocks in our society. Belly Dance is about birth, life, beauty, regeneration and the celebration of being a woman. It heals women's lives, gives back their backbone and their guts. It inspires them to express themselves more fully in all aspects of their life.

We need women to be whole, so they can be courageous, step up to the plate and contribute their unique energy towards the solutions of today. In this workshop we will study the basic visionary approach to the oldest dance and learn two short empowering circle belly dances.

At age 18 Delilah couldn't even talk in front of 5 people before she started belly dancing. Now she’s been dancing 35 years and is a professional dancer and instructor who travels all over the world, has a video series, a dance studio, and is a leader in helping women reclaim themselves through belly dance. “Belly dance taught me to be in control of my body and that wisdom moved out into every area of my life”. Belly dance is more than just a dance. It’s a tool for building confidence and positive feminine self esteem.
