Registration Information

Phone registration closes Thursday at noon for conference events.

Brown Paper Tickets closes Thursday at noon for Starhawk's evening lecture and workshop. All other conference events close Friday at noon.

Please read carefully before you register


You can order individual tickets for each event. There are two prices for each event, member and non-member. There are two special member packages for the full weekend.


We advise you to register ahead of time to insure you receive the events you want to attend, as some workshops do fill up, and they are limited in size. There is always room for people to drop in and sign up on site for events that have spaces available. You can add events to your registration at any time before or during the conference.


You must register for each person separately, unless you are purchasing evening tickets only for Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. If you mail us a registration form, please fill out a form for each person with their name and contact information.


Membership benefits:


Your membership allows you to register for discounted member prices, if you bring a guest who's not a member, they must register at non-member price.


Please be sure that your membership is current through the end of the conference. You can sign up for membership online through paypal, (go to our membership page) or mail a check to Women of Wisdom. It helps us if you take care of this when you register, to save us time to see if your membership is current. Even if it's early, your membership renewal will begin on your annual renewal date, not the date you pay for it.


Weekend passes:


Two special weekend passes are available for members - one with Starhawk's workshop and one without. The pass includes all other events, including the banquet.


If you are registering for a special weekend pass, you must select your workshop choices. Workshops can fill up and you are not guaranteed a place unless you sign up. They are available first come first served.

If you have event questions please contact WOW at 206-782-3363. Our phone line will be staffed part time in the beginning of January and full time, mid January through February. Please leave your name, phone number and the best time to reach you and someone will return your call. Your questions will be answered quickly through email:

Registration Confirmations and other information:


Registration confirmations will be emailed in late January. Evening tickets will be held at Will Call. You will be sent a letter of information regarding your workshops and conference activities, including what supplies to bring and material fees to be paid to the presenter on the day of your workshop.


Pre conference registration will close on Thursday, Feb. 12th at Noon.

On-site registration:


Seattle Unity Church:


Doors open at 6:30 PM Thursday, Feb. 12th and Friday, Feb. 13th.


Doors will be open from 5:50 - 6:00 PM on Thursday, Feb. 12th for the opening ceremonies at 6:00PM (women only) and reopen at 6:30 PM.


North Seattle Community College:


Doors open at 8:30 AM Fri. Sat, Sun & Mon, Feb. 13th - 16th.


Registration and WOW information desk is on the 2nd floor of the Education Building at the college.


Ticket sales for Saturday, Feb. 14th begin at 7:00pm at the Concert Hall. Tickets can be purchased for the concert at the registration desk in the Education Building before 6:30PM.


Cancellations:


Cancellations received before February 1st will be refunded with a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds are given after February 1st.


Invitations to men:


Men are invited to attend the evening events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Feb. 12th, 13th, 14th and workshops on Saturday, Feb. 14th 1:30 - 4:30pm. Other workshops are designed for women only.
