What are You Waiting For? Live Your Passions Now

You will walk out of this experiential workshop being clear about your passions in life and seeing what has previously stopped you. You will have concrete tools to live the life you have always wanted and know the answer to the question: "What Are You Waiting For?" You will embrace your humanity like never before and learn what it means to "disrupt your ordinary." This will not be just one more inspiring event that you attend, and then forget as time passes. You will experience who you really are and leave transformed in your view of yourself and the world.

Given any opportunity, Kristen Moeller, relentlessly, yet lovingly, asks her audience and clients, "What are you waiting for?" She thrives while encouraging people to discover their passions and to "disrupt their ordinary!" Kristen has been in the personal development field for 20 years, first discovering her passion for assisting others after recovering from an eating disorder and addiction. Always challenging herself to grow, last year she wrote her first book, began a radio show and founded a non-profit. She authentically lives her deep commitment that no one has to die with their music still inside them-whatever music that is!

Awaken the Internal Nurturer through Art & Ceremony

This is an experiential workshop to awaken the internal mothering aspect of your soul for self nurturing using art and ceremony. This workshop explores the aspects of Archetypal Mother Goddesses and shares practices that awaken her within, through art & ceremony. Allow the gentle hands of the Mother to become your hands, allow her attentive rooted nature to embody you and to hold you safely within yourself. Allow your heart to open, your feet to become grounded and your soul to be soothed by an abundance of self love. Using our hands to create the body of a goddess sculpture out of clay, we will spend time with our goddess and gain a deeper awareness of what nurturing is for us and how it is present or lacking in our lives.

Cultivate Attention as a Tool for Transformation

Human attention is our single most powerful tool to bring about change. Change requires us to deploy our attention in flexible and fluid ways. When our attention becomes trapped, it limits our ability to see how to effectively create change-for ourselves and for others. These attention traps create a narrow filter through which we experience the world and, as a result, can keep us repeating patterns in life that don't really move us forward. Join Lisa Capa, Attention coach and instructor of Leadership and Personal Development at Bainbridge Graduate Institute, to experience ways to grow your precious limited resource.

With a unique combination of fifteen years of accumulated experience and knowledge in the business world, eleven years of focusing attention on her inner world, over ten years of training with her mentors as a seer, five years of teaching classes on the topic of attention, countless hours immersed in creative activity, and five years of involvement in sustainable business through Bainbridge Graduate Institute as a student, Teaching Assistant and co-instructor, Lisa Capa has fashioned an unprecedented contribution: she coaches people to help them harness the single most powerful tool with which they can bring about change - their attention.
