Practicing the Transformational Dance of Resilience

In this unprecedented time of change, our human response to uncertainty can lead either to suffering and stress, or to a more conscious connection to our own inner strengths. When we cultivate our inner resources, external circumstances often shift to reflect the coherence and peace we project, which is a gift to others as well as ourselves. This workshop is a time for us to come together in community and re-member the skills that nurture inner strength and resilience. Drawing on positive psychology; the mind-body connection; the power of our ancestors; and the wisdom of the great spiritual traditions, we will immerse ourselves in a field of transformation that can carry us into the future with an open heart, an open mind, and a readiness to do our part to bring a new world into being. Be prepared to:

  • practice the 5 secrets of resilience
  • understand the ritual anatomy of transformational change
  • go beyond optimism and pessimism to authentic realism
  • develop greater courage and compassion
  • engage in deep dialogue that brings forth wisdom both from the speaker and the listener.
  • chant and dance your way into the future
  • be surprised, since our workshop will be a practice of presence and an invitation to curiosity, spontaneity, and fun
