You can register for individual events or the weekend packages.
All half-day workshops are $35 for members, $45 for non-members $25 for seniors 65 years or older, students (with student cards) and teens age 13-18. Except where noted for featured presenters. Special: Bring a teen with you to your workshop for $5!
All workshops are open to young women 13 years old and above, except as noted on the individual workshops. Parental permission forms are required. Download a parental permission form here.

How different would the world be if women truly embraced and amassed wealth? In this dynamic workshop, we will uncover the ‘poverty mentality’ and clear limiting beliefs around money. We will work together, women helping women, to raise our financial awareness in a fun, supportive environment. We will start to ask and answer the question, “what would I do if time and money were no issue?” Learn an energetic healing and meditation to tune to the abundance wavelength for self and others.

Finding The Warrior Within: Transforming Fear into Courage
The warrior archetype is found throughout the world as a symbol of courage, honor and willingness to fight for justice. We will use this powerful archetype as a model as we work with the pervasive problem of fear. We will identify our individual and communal fears, address and transform them through writing, meditation, and storytelling. We will explore the legendary tools of the warrior - sword, shield, armor, horse, and bow- as symbols of our own inner strengths and resources, and engage our imaginations to invoke the warrior within.
Jill Jepson is a writer, linguist, professor, and coach. Her book, "Writing as a Sacred Path" was based on her travels throughout the world and her years of working with writers. Her work has appeared in over 70 publications. She was editor of No Walls of Stone: An Anthology of Literature by Deaf and Hard of Hearing Writers and a columnist for The Modesto Bee for two years. She is currently a professor at St. Catherine University.

The Great Council of the Grandmothers appeared to Sharon McErlane one morning in a vision. They told her, “The present imbalance of energy on earth has placed all life in danger. Participants will receive the Grandmothers Empowerment into the energy of Yin and learn how to cast and work with the Net of Light that “Will hold the earth steady during the times of change that are upon you.”

Unveil Your Beauty!
Therese Charvet, Emily Vogt, Katrina McCoy, and Eyva Winet
For young women ages 13 - 18.
Enjoy an afternoon full of laughter, sharing, movement, costuming and creativity, experiencing how each of girl/woman manifests a unique form of beauty. The afternoon will include heart-open sharing, belly dancing and other creative movement, info about herbal wisdom and women’s “blood mysteries,” culminating in a ceremony to honor and welcome each girl into the sacred circle of sisterhood. The intention is for each participant to feel proud and empowered about her journey as a young woman.

Redvolution: Women Daring to Disturb the Universe
This firestarter gathering reintroduces the feminine divine to women in a style and lingo that fits their unique, modern, and often complicated lives. Based on a combustible cocktail from Sera’s The Red Book and forthcoming book and feature documentary, Redvolution, we’ll explore what it means to create a more intimate and expressive relationship with our red feminine divinity – through creative exercises, movement, meditation, ritual, intuitive journaling, and provocative dialogue – and thereby discover an unstoppable source of red, hot, and holy energy within ourselves, no matter what life throws our way. After all, we’re not here to play small; we’re here to start fires.
Sera Beak is a world-traveled Harvard trained scholar in comparative world religions, author of The Red Book: A Deliciously Unorthodox Approach to Igniting Your Divine Spark, and the forthcoming book and feature film, Redvolution, Unleashing the Red Hot and Holy Feminine and is an intrepid spiritual cowgirl. Chanting the Goddess
Sing your way into greater Oneness through sacred chants and mantras. Experience the transcendence of chant and slip into the warm bath of sacred sound. Kirtan (call-and-response singing the names of the Divine) allows the mind to rest and the heart to blossom. No experience is necessary to directly experience the bliss of chanting. Jennifer and her harmonium (Indian squeeze box) will purposefully lead us deep into the bhakti vibrations. Dancers and instruments welcome…drums, bells, rattles, etc. Bring a cushion to sit on, and water.
Jennifer Sundstrom is an herbalist In the Wise Woman Tradition, and sadhak on the path of sound. Jennifer offers classes on various herbal topics in the greater Seattle area, and regularly leads and participates in bhakti (devotional) chanting as the blissful path to celebrate the Divine Spirit that resides in us all.

Divinity IN
An "IN" (pronounced een) is an oriental word similar in meaning to the Sanskrit word "Mudra". The Divinity "IN" is a universal prayer in motion, a sacred meditation using movement and sound. The Divinity "IN" was brought into the world through the deep prayer and meditation practice of Masahisa Goi, founder of the Byakko Shinko Kai, and his daughter Masami Sionjii. This organization, headquartered in Japan, created The Peace Pole Project and the Universal Peace Prayer, "May Peace Prevail on Earth." Today the "IN" is practiced all over the world. People of many faiths have learned the "IN" and made it a part of their spiritual practice.
