Come hear about a new model – Circle Leadership  – and explore alternative choices. Kris Steinnes, Founder of Women of Wisdom Foundation, left the old model of hierarchy and the position of Executive Director, to create a circle model of working with a team of people towards a common goal.  We’ll model the circle principles within this workshop and brainstorm together new methods.  We'll listen to each other's stories, design a new paradigm that can be used anywhere, and explore how to combat “old” thinking and resistance to new ways of doing things.  

Kris Steinnes is the visionary founder of Women of Wisdom, which has presented 15 years of programs and conferences for women. She is a circle leader, minister, spiritual healer and meditation teacher.  Janeal Stevens is a member of the WOW Council.
