Heart Expansion & Vibrational Upliftment Ceremony
with Starfeather

$15 for the day ($20 for non-members)

A transformative ceremony for us as individuals, for the group, and for the Earth and All Her People, to assist us in holding the energy of expansion in these transitional times. Rekindle the fire of the passionate feeling of joy.

The Ceremony:

  • Opening Prayer and Introduction
  • High Frequency of Light Offering and Attunement

Opening the evening will be Michele Cacano-Green

Being Present

Ceremonies require us to be present and one way we can do this is to ground and focus in preparation. Michele Cacano-Green will help us align the energy of our chakras, get into our bodies, and open our hearts to prepare for the ceremony that follows this evening.

Michele Cacano-Green, LMP,CSH is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Bodyworker, and Spiritual Healer. Michele has also been a belly dancer since 1995 and belly dance teacher since 1999. She currently has a massage practice and teaches belly dance at BodySong Healing & Arts Center. www.michelements.com

Weather - We will meet regardless of the weather, we have a spot selected under the trees that will offer some protection and we will bring a canopy. Please bring a camp/folding chair to sit on, as the grass may be wet.

Because of rain we hope to get one of the shelters at Carkeek Park, which is available first come first serve, so first look for us in the upper parking lot - we'll have a sign up. If we're not there we're at the meadow and will have canopies up to keep us sheltered from the rain!

Directions to Carkeek Park:

From I-5 - take the Northgate Way Exit, and go west on Northgate Way - it becomes 105th - cross Aurora, and just past Greenwood Avenue turn right on 3rd NW, turn left at 110th NW, there's a sign there point to Carkeek Park.

Go down the hill til you see the entrance to the park, turn left there, go straight, don't take the first right turn - that's the environmental center.

You will come to a split in the road with a one way sign to the right, follow that to the picnic/beach area. At that fork you will see to your left a meadow and a few picnic tables, that's the are we are going to - to the opposite end of the meadow, but you must drive around the park to get to it.

Follow the road through the parking area by the picnic area, above the railroad tracks and bridge to beach, it winds around and comes back towards the entrance. You will come to the grassy area, we'll be on the west end of it, closest to the beach, and there's parking right there.
