Conference

Annual Women of Wisdom Conference held in February
For the past 10 years over 2,000 women have been attending this highly transformatiive conference each year. The conference's unique structure with now over 90 events brings nationally known leading women authors together with local Pacific Northwest women leaders to present the latest cutting edge materials to shape women's minds, bodies and spirits. There is no other conference for women in the country.

Sacred Pampering Day for Women

For two years now we have been creating a truly remarkable event, a pampering day where women can relax and be taken care of. Our response tells us women desire this and need this day. We've had two sold out Pampering Events and are planning more. Women enter a healing temple and can sample a diverse selection of products and services from a variety of experts in the art of pampering women.

Fall Festival

Every year Women of Wisdom creates a festival to raise money for scholarships for women to attend our conference in February who could not afford to otherwise. Traditionally this has been a showcase of women artists selling their crafts for the holiday season. It has been expanded to include concerts by women performing artists, workshops and a psychic fair.

Young Women of Wisdom

We are dedicated to providing vital ongoing programming that supports teen women in their lives. We educate, inspire, empower, listen to and support teen women in shaping their dreams and lives. One of our goals is to have teen leaders for workshops and to create events designed by teen women. At the annual Women of Wisdom Conference we sponsor a full day teen program in addition to a track of workshops teens can attend and we have been providing monthly programs during the year since February 2000. Wings of Wisdom Program

Wings of Wisdom brings speakers to shelters for women in transition. Once a month we vist the Ratcliffe House, a work release shelter with the State of Washington Correctional Department for women coming out of incarceration, and New Beginnings, a transitional shelter for women and children escaping from domestic violence. Wings also visits the Noel House, a shelter for homeless women in downtown Seattle, twice a month for afternoon tea and a talking circle, as well as Angeline's, a day shelter for homeless women, bringing drums, hand percussion and a drum circle facilitator once a week. Words of Wisdom Newsletter

We publish a quarterly newsletter for women. This supports not only the activities of Women of Wisdom Foundation, but other women's organizations, businesses, women artists, poets, writers, etc. Women love to connect through our newsletter which is distributed to our mailing list of 6,000 women.
