A call for artists Transforming the World: the Artists' Perspective Women of Wisdom conference 2016 Art Show
Our 24th Annual WOW Conference Art Show is February 13th – 15th, and we want to bless our community with the gifts of the artists among us.
Art Show Applications Are Now Closed! Thank you for your interest!
WOW is looking for original art by women with themes around this year's conference title, United We Change the World, as well as other work related to women and the divine feminine. The Art Show will be held at the conference site in the main community/registration room (the old cafeteria) at the southeast corner of the College Center building at North Seattle College.
Deadline to submit has been extended to 12:01am Monday, January 25th. You will be notified of our selections by January 29th. Up to 5 pieces per artist will be accepted. All pieces must remain on exhibit for the entire time of the art show. Women of Wisdom cannot insure your art pieces. You are voluntarily submitting your art at your own risk. (The conference doors will be locked whenever WOW staff is not present.)
Artists will receive 70% commission for the sale of any art, to be paid within two weeks of the conference closing. We are also setting up a place for you to sell high-quality reproductions of your pieces. Details about the “print bin” will be sent after selection.
